✔️HERBS such as Licorice ( not the sugary candy you’re familiar with), sweet WORMWOOD, , TRIPHALA ( popular in Indian culture), peppermint, ginger, chamomile ( not just for sleep ), FENNEL are terrific to incorporate into your diet on a regular basis.

Pay attention to those symptoms of GAS, BLOATING, reflux, feeling FULL, gurgling belly, diarrhea and constipation.
And NO, I don’t recommend colonics, or coffee enemas on a regular basis. You need to support your body so it takes care of you! Don’t RELY on external sources, even stool softeners, and PPI’s .
