Hello Summer!

It's a great time to mingle with family, nature, and be more active in Cockeysville MD!

Did you know-cycling is one of the best activities for KNEE pain? To get fluid and nutrients into the joint, you need to add rotational motion. For me, with a history of knee surgeries, if I don't cycle, my knees get stiff and weak. DO IT!

If you haven't noticed, there is a price increase in our food, but ALSO a decrease in the quality of the food we have access to. FIND a LOCAL FARMER who you trust, perhaps get into a cow share with some friends (cheaper that way), and grow your own produce. Share with your neighbors- maybe they are good at bread making or canning. THIS IS THE TIME to build COMMUNITY! I think you know what that means. BE PREPARED!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all those special dads out there!
