Welcome Spring, Everyone!

I have lots to share this time as my husband and I just returned from a bucket-list 3 week trip to Thailand. I encourage you to visit if you ever get the opportunity. I know where to go so can help you with your itinerary. The purpose of our trip was to visit a friend living there, to walk and feed the elephants at the renowned ELEPHANT NATURE PARK, to hike up “sticky waterfalls”, eat Thai street food, take a Thai cooking class, buy some of their special herbal concoctions and body “pain” balms, get as many Thai massages as possible for $12 each, see the beautiful landscape and islands they are known for. And we did. The people are kind, calm and hospitable. It was hot (9 degrees above the equator). Exploring the WORLD, hand in hand. Adventures are better when shared!

By the way, we NEVER used sunscreen. We don’t need it. My husband is of Irish descent and he didn’t burn. Why? We prep and use Calcium Lactate and Cataplex F from Standard Process.

We will be offering a “CORE and STRETCH” workout session weekly with Barb Yingling , our office manager, who is also a yoga instructor and personal trainer with phenomenal reviews and great ideas. We need 4 more people to start the weekly class. Timonium. Discount for patients. Let us know. We want to start in about 2-3 weeks. More on that if you reach out to us ASAP.

We will be having a Weston Price chapter meeting on Saturday or Sunday (not yet determined) the last weekend in April. If you are interested, please let me know. We hope to have a speaker on German New Medicine. If not, we will discuss again the MAHA movement, Bird Flu, best foods for your gut, which food additives destroy your gut and how to make one of the best foods out there, BUTTER!

Don’t forget to sign up for your local CSA, new FOOD CLUB (ask me if interested in food discounts) and support your local farmers. Ask us for the local farm LIST!
